medical eye care services to all patients with an Optometrist
and/or an Ophthalmologist. A medical visit is one in which
the patient presents with a chief complaint that is medical
in nature: "my eye hurts, headache, blurred vision, etc."
All Standard Optical Optometrists are approved providers
for:

- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Molina
- CHIPS
- Eye-Med
- First Look Vision Network
- Opticare of Utah
- Spectera
- Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators (DMBA)
