Overview
On April 27-29, Utah's children in need will be able to see for free through Standard Optical's Gift of Sight community partnership. All children, under the age of 18, who have not had an eye exam in the last 12 months and are in need of corrective lenses can fill out the form below to see if they qualify for FREE eye exams, frames and prescription lenses.*

Offer includes a non-dilated glasses exam, Fashion Affordable frame and single-vision, uncoated lenses. Not combinable with insurance or other offers. Limit of one pair per patient, while supplies last. Upgrades are at the patient's expense.
Program qualifications:
Underprivileged kids from Title 1 schools will be able to schedule an exam and, if needed, will be given new eyeglasses and lenses free of charge from Standard Optical (approx. 1,250 kids will receive this).
Qualification and Scheduling
The Standard Optical "Gift of Sight" is a charitable program for underprivileged children (18 yrs or younger) in need of eyeglasses. This program is only available for those that do not have a major medical plan that covers vision care. A Standard Optical representative will contact you to make your appointment.
